So often we hear that people are just unsure whether or not they need counselling.

Many people assume they are just in a ‘bad spot’ and things will improve or that they are just ‘too far gone’.

One simple way of knowing whether counselling could be helpful is completing this simple survey.

Kessler Psychological Distress Scale

This is a test designed to measure anxiety and depression through a 10-item questionnaire.

If you answered ‘some of the time’ or more in the past 30 days there is absolutely a need for some professional counselling.
