The COVID-19 outbreak is quite concerning and worrying for a lot of people.

What is also difficult is spending a lot of time at home with a partner which can cause more fights than normal .

At risk couples

Another major issue that we are concerned about is the rise of family violence and controlling behaviours with couples being at home more together.

With increased distress, financial hardship and limited space these escalations are more likely. This means we need to help couples slow down arguments and remain respectful.

We should all feel safe at home so if you are worried about being self isolated with your partner please reach out to us.
